Planning Technological Projects

Introduction to the fundamental stages of planning and managing a technological project. Emphasis is placed on teamwork, problem-solving, and strategic decision-making – essential skills for successful technology project management in international and interdisciplinary environments.

From Technology to Business Application

Transforming technological ideas into practical, value-driven solutions. Students will develop and test a technology-based project, then explore how it can be applied in real-world contexts: from product design to market potential.

About

The program focuses on the development of a technological project. Through practical exercises students have contact with the main phases of a project: requirements analysis, development, partial tests and final tests and changes.

Excellent opportunity to share knowledge, develop intercultural competences, as well as learn more about Portuguese history and culture.
